Shipping Policy
We take pride in offering a reliable and efficient shipping process to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you receive your products within 1-3 working days from the Monday before your scheduled booking date. Here's what you need to know:
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, the week before your scheduled booking. It will then be taken to UPS and shipped the Monday prior to your booked date. The estimated shipping time within the working days is 1-3 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days and may add to the overall delivery time. If a holiday falls on a Monday, please know that it will go out first thing Tuesday morning with assurance that it will still get to you in time.
Tracking Your Order: To keep you informed and provide peace of mind, we offer order tracking for all packages. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Partial Shipments: For orders containing multiple items or being shipped from the previous renter to you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. Ie. - If you rented two items, SSPR has one and another renter has another one. You will receive tracking via email from the one coming from SSPR and the SSPR team will make sure you receive tracking from the other renter once we receive it on our end.
Shipping Costs: Sparkling Sisters Pageant Rentals covers the cost to ship all rentals to you. The renter (you) is responsible for shipping the rental back to us or to the next renter. If it is going to another renter the SSPR team will reach out to you and let you know where it needs to go. If we do not reach out, please send it back to SSPR:

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SHIPPED BACK UPS AND IN THE SAME BOX AS RECEIVED.
Shipping Restrictions: While we strive to provide worldwide shipping, there might be certain remote locations or international destinations that are not covered under our shipping network. If you have any concerns about your shipping address, please reach out to our customer support team before placing your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Please review over the Terms & Conditions that you are required to sign before renting. This will explain Cancellations / Refunds.
Delays and Exceptions: While we work diligently to meet our shipping commitments, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed about any potential delays and work towards resolving the issue promptly.
