Shipping policy

We will ship your item on Monday before your event date, you usually will receive your item within 3-4 business days. We have no control over the shipping process once we drop it off. We are not responsible for items not arriving on time, and there will be no refunds due to the carrier's error. 

If you are responsible for shipping to next renter, and it does not make it in time, if a new outfit has to be shipped you are responsible for the refund to the customer and the cost of overnight shipping. Please check with us before shipping to make sure that you know where to send it. 

We only use UPS ground, or in some cases 2nd day air. We DO NOT ALLOW USPS shipping. If you use usps in return shipping there is a possibility of being placed on the Do No Ship/Rent List , and we will no longer accept orders from you.
